Services we use

To run the website and enquiry form, we use a small number of trusted third-party services:

• Mailgun delivers enquiry emails to our team.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps keep our enquiry form free of spam and bots, without requiring a puzzle or storing personal data. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Policy for details of what it processes.
• MapTiler provides the interactive map of our collection points.

Each of these processes a small amount of technical data, such as your IP address, as part of providing their service, under their own privacy policies.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only the strictly necessary technical checks described above are used.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, then delete them.
